Solitherm® Super N
Excellent thermal insulation with K value being only 1,1 W/m2.K
The inner surface of one of the two panes of glass is coated with an very thin invisible film made of precious metals. On the one hand, it prevents cold from entering the room. On the other hand, it will not let heat seep out through the window, by reflecting it back into the room. And yet the glass and coating allow free solar energy unlimited access to the room. This resulting in twice the insulation capacity of ordinary double glazing.
Due to its excellent price-quality ratio, more than fifty per cent of all windows installed today include this type of glazing.
With the high grade coated Solitherm® Super N, with values up to 1.0 W/m2.K (according to DIN), the new ecological and energy saving requirements are effortlessly complied with.

Crystal-clear
Solitherm® Super N is hardly less transparent than normal double glazing. So it offers a crystal-clear view without any trace of blue or bronze reflections on the outside.

Nice and cosy
Besides its excellent insulating value, Solitherm® Super N, also improves the living environment. With traditional double glazing one sometimes notices an unpleasant cold flow at the window. This cold zone has been eliminated with Solitherm® Super N.
At an ambient temperature of 21°C and an outside temperature of -10°C, the inner window pane still has a temperature of +17°C.
Remember: Solitherm® Super N is an economic and intelligent investment with great efficiency.

As you like it
Soliver adjusts Solitherm® Super N to your personal requirements. Because top quality and top service allways go together.

  • Glass thickness of 4 or 6 mm
  • Toughened or laminated safety glass
  • Sunproof and/or soundproof glass
  • Decorative glass
  • Etc.

Solitherm Excell®

Unheard-of quality with k-value being only 0,8 !
The light transmission of this product is somewhat lower however, its extremely low k coefficient being no more than 0,8 W/m2K allows the use of larger surfaces of glass, which permits the light transmission to be quite amazing after all.
But there is more...
Not only do you wish your double glazing to keep the heat inside the room, but you also undoubtedly want to keep as much noise outside as possible. This certainly holds for urban environments and the surroundings of the thoroughfares, where noise can be a very real nuisance.
Luckily, there is Solitherm Excell® to deal with that, too.
Solitherm Excell® has an insulating capacity of no less than 38 decibels, which in a way makes it a special type of double glazing. The quality of Solitherm Excell® is - literally - unheard of.

Safe and durable
Solitherm Excell® is routinely fitted with a laminated inner pane.
This prevents dangerous glass fragments from scattering in case of an accident. Thanks to this, Solitherm Excell® provides extra safety, not least in houses with windows spanning the whole height of a wall.

Burglars will be a lot less supportive of Solitherm Excell® durability. This product meets class P1A of the European standards for burglarproof glazing. Even the standard type can easily withstand repeated beating with hard objects and keep unwanted visitors out.

Solitherm Excell® HP and Solitherm Excell® Azur

Solitherm Excell® HP
Solitherm Excell® HP combines the extraordinary insulating capacity of Solitherm Excell® with the excellent sunproofing properties of the approved Solitherm® HP. Despite its silver coating, Solitherm Excell® HP remains sufficiently transparent not to interfere with the view.

Solitherm Excell® Azur
This glass is characterized by its azure blue colour and it is perfect for sunproofing. Solitherm Excell® Azur absorbs no less than 85% of direct solar heat, while letting in virtually as much light as the standard design.
An azure windowpane must nearly always be tempered because of its unequalled absorption capacity. This completely obviates the risk of thermal breaking and provides Solitherm Excell® Azur with an even better protection against severe beating and attempted burglary.
